In 2008, the new record of admission rate of University as high as 97%, that means everyone can be a college students is not a slogan. but how to increase the employment rate of graduates, each school has been the focus of the work career goals, the primary first task is to draw on his history of the system, students at the school during the course, activities, tests and other career information to be integrated, and then the students based on personality traits and aptitudes, career advice given to the future, and strengthen the competitiveness of student employment guide equip students with professional knowledge, and to successfully enter the workplace.
Required to build a career portfolio system is considered by the tertiary institutions need to think about the problem. In this study, based on literature analysis, literature review through the entire process management system to build a career portfolio systems volume required for the structure and composition of surface to be, and by members of the Delphi technique expert opinion, and finally sinks into the whole process of system to build a career portfolio dimensions of the components to be in order to provide the various tertiary institutions to build a career portfolio systems of reference for the former.
We chose two universities who have already used the career portfolio systems to explore the case for the validation of this study the feasibility of dimensions. In this study, schools and the case of semi-structured interview, the interview outline to "self-awareness level," "learning to build level", "use level", "level of reflective thinking", "support the school level," five dimensions to the composition of a total of 15 items, based on the actual implementation of the respondents experience and explore the different perspectives of all relevant issues, and will be analyzed, the entire management, summed up. By case study interviews to verify the dimensions and composition of the building to be confirmed in this study designed to build structure and composition of surface is to be useful.
