| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to apply “Internet addiction counseling system” during the process of Internet addiction counseling to know if it can effectively improve the performance of counseling. The purposes of the study were as follows: 1. Identify and analyze the strategies of Internet addiction counseling. I generalize from the strategies and conclude the addiction factors which can substitute or enhance the effectiveness of the counseling system by network technologies, and further, build up the counseling system.2. The study uses design of experiments to verify the counseling system, whether it can effectively reach the effectiveness of counseling to achieve the estimated results.
In this study, the Internet addiction was investigated with a prototype experiment methodology, and to design and build up the prototype system based on the requirements of “internet addiction counseling system” from the summary of documents research. And then use this prototype to experiment and take advantage of measuring tools from "Chinese Internet Addiction Scale Revised Edition (CIAS-R)"(Sue-Hue Chen, 2003). The results showed that applied "Internet addiction counseling system" could effectively improve the effectiveness of counseling performance.
Finally, this study recommended that the relevant government departments could build up a network planning “internet addiction counseling system” to prevent addiction counseling based on this study. It could be provided for the various educational institutions and counseling units and helped carry out the work of addiction preventions.
