| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 97 === Due to LED industry take-off, that will be a new Million Dollar Industry. But it has yet many obstacles to overcome for manufacturing execution system (MES) implementation.
This research which is according to the correlative literatures, using Delphi technique, collecting manufacturing execution system (MES) implementation in the LED firms, referred to the suggestions and point views of scholars, and through the data analysis process, got the common consensus. They were divided to five dimensions and twenty-four topics for “A Study on the Critical Failure Factors of Manufacturing Execution System Implementation in the LED Firms”, which are : (1)application aspects (2)cost of risk (3)technology integration (4)chang management (5)personal factors.
I hope that would be helpful consultation for LED firms to implement manufacturing execution system (MES) to prevent failure.
