Results of past researches confirm that professional project managers are able to motivate those working with him in devoting themselves to the projects at hand, and consequently reinforcing the teams structure. Through the study of software development project managers, this research aims to examine if personality traits will affect their work performance and which personality traits have bigger impacts.
