Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 97 === Due to the rapid development of information technology, industries have gotten into the era of e-society and information. Industries have to promote their core competence through electronization. The trend of electronization has also influenced the educational system. Given the impetus to e-government, schools also have taken electronization as their goals in function. In addition, the implementation of school affairs system is one of the best devices to promote schools’ managing efficiency when carrying out school electronization.
This study is conducted by research and AHP method from the four angles, “resources organization”, “the traits of users”, “information environment”, “the traits of systems”, and twenty other influential factors, to find out the key successful factor in implementing school affairs system, and to provide reference resources for the correlative organization when implementing school affairs system.Study results show that resources organization is the crucial angle and the six major influential factors are sound information equipment; superintendents’ support and participation; the degree of implementing computerization in administrative affairs; plans for complete educational training; friendly user interface and the accuracy of system quality.
