Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系企業高階管理 === 97 === The study aims to study the Public Local Cultural Institutes visitors’ impression in four aspects of Multi-development and creativity stimulating, Overall function and operation management, Sustainable management, and Satisfaction degree by the way of the questionnaire design in order to understand the general population’s impression and identification about the Public Local Cultural Institutes for the reference of the self- assessment and improvement of Public Local Cultural Institutes.
The study established a theoretical structure by reviewing the related literature, and then investigated on the Survey Research Method. The investigation objects are 500 people who visited GUYUE Folk Museum of Changhua City. The visitors’ opinions after the visit were collected and collated. Received materials were counted and analyzed by the methods of Descriptive Statistics Analysis, t Test, One-Factor ANOVA Model. At last, statistical result and the literature review were integrated to form the conclusions and suggestions.
The conclusions are as the followings:
1. The survey results indicate that women in the gender category, 23-44-year-old young or middle-aged people in the age category, Junior or senior high school in the education level category, Service industry in the occupation category, Changhua County in the residence place category, more than once in the visiting times category are in the majority of the general population.
2. The survey results indicate that interviewees were satisfied with the professional and service quality of GUYUE Folk Museum, but it was hard to get the GUYUE Folk Museum information before visiting.
3. The four aspects of the questionnaire design are Multi-development and creativity stimulating, Overall function and operation management, Sustainable management and Satisfaction degree. The survey results indicate that the average of Satisfaction degree is highest.
4. The aspects and variables varied by the categories of gender, age, education level, occupation, residence place, and the visiting times.
