| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 復健諮商研究所 === 97 === The main purpose of the study was to understand the conditions and relationships of employment status, job satisfaction, and quality of life for adults with physical disorders.
A total of 205 body disabled individuals were using purposive sampling technique. The statistical methods use to analyze the data wrer descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, t-testn, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise regression.
The findings of this study were as follow:
1.Job satisfaction scale in this research was medium high, and quality of life scale in this research was medium/
2.There was significant difference in job satisfaction level in terms of educational level, handicapped level, and employment status. There was significant difference in quality of life in terms of educational level, handicapped position, handicapped type, handicapped level, and employment status.
3.Employment status, job satisfaction, and quality of life of adults with physical disorders were positive correlation significantly.
4.The monthly salary, educational level, and handicapped level were significant predictors for job satisfaction and quality of life.
