Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 97 === The study revealed the relationships among junior high school teachers’ work/family conflict, personality traits and job satisfaction.Ina addtion, the study also examoned the mediating effect of personality traits between work/family conflict and job satisfaction. Participants were the junior high school teachers in Central Taiwan. There were originally 628 questionaires and 516 questionaires turned out to be effective. Statistic software such as SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 7.0 were conducted to construct the structural equation model of a study of junior high school teachers’ work/family, personality traits and job satisfaction.
The final results were: 1.Conscientiousness and Extroversion had a positive effect on internal satisfaction. 2.Extroversion had a positive effect on external satisfaction. 3.Time based FIW, Strain-based WIF, Strain-based FIW and Behavior-based WIF had a negative effect on internal satisfaction. 4.Strain-based WIF, Strain-based FIW had a negative effect on Conscientiousness. 5. Strain-based WIF and Behavior –based WIF had a negative effect on Extroversion. 6. Behavior-based WIF had a positive effect on Conscientiousness. 7. Extroversion had the complete mediating effect between Strain-based WIF and external satisfaction. 8.Extroversion had the complete effect between Behavior-based WIF and external satisfaction.
