| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 97 === The study aims at discussing the motivational and hygiene factors that affect job involvement of Changhua County primary school directors. This study used a self-administrated questionnaire- “questionnaire of the motivational and hygiene factors that affect job involvement of primary school directors” as the testing instrument, and adopted current Changhua County primary school directors as the subjects. Totally 622 pieces of questionnaires were sent out, and 488 pieces of effective questionnaires were received.
According to the statistics and analysis of the data, this study obtained the following conclusions:
1、Changhua County primary school directors’ perception on motivational factors is at “upper middle” level.
2、Changhua County primary school directors’ perception on hygiene factors is at “upper middle” level.
3、Changhua County primary school directors’ perception on job involvement is at “upper middle”.
4、Changhua County formal directors with age more than 41 years, marriage status married, service length between 11 and 15 years or more than 26 years, and educational level above master’s degree (including 40-credit class) have a high level of job involvement.
5、Except the factor of school administration, each factor has a positive effect on job involvement of Changhua County primary school directors with the factor of work itself exerting the greatest influence.
6、Both “overall motivational factor” and “overall hygiene factor” can positively affect job involvement of Changhua County primary school directors.
