The results show that the major pressure causes of the target group come from class teaching, professional workload, educational policy, interpersonal relationship, and the enrichment of professional knowledge, in total of five dimensions with 21 elements. For coping with these stress causes, the strategies can be constructed as problem solution, rational analysis, support seeking, emotion adjustment, and postpone handling, in five dimensions with 27 different coping measures. 黃華山 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 246 zh-TW |
