This thesis take qualitative research as methodology. It begins with a survey and analysis of related literature, followed by a record of interviews from five winner studetns of industry wiring at national industry-related skills competitions and five training teachers. After deep interviews of ten participants and triangulation of reserach materials, two points are estabished: how training teachers pick up students with excellent learning performance and how the interaction runs between learning process of prospective winner students and training teachers' teaching strategy. Therefore, the conclusion of this study arrives at three aspects. First, in terms of personality, prospective winner students should be equipped with calmness and be able to handle pressure. Next, with a view to teaching strategy, training teachers should lead prospective winner students to think logically and react flexibly. Then, after a process of training, winner students acquire skills, enhance their ability of logical thinking and flexibility, and know better how to organize and work efficiently in their future career.
