Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 97 === The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the knowledge transfer of elementary school teachers in Taichung City and the performance of organizational innovation, and to explore the moderating effect of organizational execution on the relationship.
Questionnaire survey method was adopted to achieve the purpose of the study. According to the school profile published by Taichung City government in September 2008, questionnaires were delivered to 37 schools. By stratified sampling, a total of 721 questionnaires were filled out, and 564 of them were valid. The data was analyzed by t-test, One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
The findings of the study were as follows: The teacher’s feeling for knowledge transfer would be different due to the school history and the school size. The teacher’s feeling for organizational execution would be different due to the gender and the school size. The teacher’s feeling for organizational innovation performance would be different due to the gender, the job position and the school size. The better the knowledge transfer ability of the teachers was, the better the organizational innovation performance would be. When the organizational execution was better, the organizational innovation performance could be enhanced relatively. When the organizational execution of elementary schools was better, the positive impact of the teacher’s knowledge transfer ability on the organizational innovation performance would be enhanced as well.
