Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 97 === CPU heat sinks with high efficiency of heat transfer are greatly demanded for a personal computer with high-speed computational ability. In recent years, the manufacturing technology of CPU heat sinks has got much attention and becomes indispensable for developing the high-performance CPUs. The heat sink of CPU is mainly a design which depends on the material flow board and length of main model's bearing. It made two plastic deformation using direct extrusion to get the control of the better billet flow. The study is mainly using DEFORMTM 3D software which simulates plastic deformation behavior of billet in the hot extrusion of constant temperature to the heat sink of CPU. The relationships between the loading, effective stress and effective strain, and formability and heat sink curvature of the extruded product as well as the extrusion conditions are discussed for changed shape of die and mold. Taguchi method is used to find the optimum design parameters. Furthermore, this study made to experimental mold for CPU extrusion. Forming design of aluminum alloys used extrusion processes of heat sinks for CPU.
