Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 97 === Abstract The main pupose of the study was to explore the correlation among learning motivations, learning strategies, emotional intelligence and learning achievements for vocational high school students of central area in Taiwan. The research data of this study were collected via a survey by submitting questionnaires to 2290 stratified random samples with 1762 valid ones returned. The effectively returning rate was 76.94%. The research analyzed the collected data by using Descriptive Statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression, etc. According to the analytic results of the survey in the research, the conclusions were as follows: 1. The performances of learning motivations, learning strategies, emotional intelligence and learning achievements of the students were of medium degrees. 2. The female students had significantly higher emotional intelligence and learning achievements than the male students. 3. The students of the city schools had significantly higher learning motivations and learning strategies than the students of the country schools. 4. The students of higher grades had significantly higher learning motivations, learning strategies, emotional intelligence and learning achievements than the students of lower grades. 5. The students who come from different social economic status had no significant differences in learning motivations, learning strategies, emotional intelligence and learning achievements. 6. The learning motivations, learning strategies and emotional intelligence are positively correlated with Each other, and all of them can positively predict students’ learning achievements.
