Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 97 === In recent years, the innovation of business models has become one of the critical issues for enterprises in the world. According to viewpoints from Michael E. Porter, an enterprise’s competitive advantage did not come from just the execution in one or a few activities, but the fit in entire system of activities. In addition, these fit systems embraced themes which were embodied in nests of tightly linked activities. The research attempted to observe the fit in the business activities from the causal map of the business model. First, it combined Bonacich’s Power Centrality with Alpha Centrality to develop the method to measure the importance of the individual activity. Second, in order to make the measurement more systematical, this research adopted the concept of NK model to estimate individual activity’s importance in the entire business model, and used the software, Pajek to pick up the strongly linked activities relationship. Lastly, integrating the concepts mentioned above, this research figured out the core activities which were reinforcing and tightly linked. In light of the results of the Network Analysis Techniques and the measurement, the research categorized these highly reinforcing and tightly linked activities into five fit activity systems. At the same time, the research integrated the relationship of these activities, the empirical case studies in the database and the literature, and applied the grounded theory as the methodology to crystallize the five notions in the activity systems which represented the five designed themes in the business model. Finally, the research proposed feasible innovative improvements in the business model of one case study based on the five manipulative themes derived.
