But「Organize Culture」、「Organizes Scale」 and 「Competitive Strategy」are controlled variables. The result of the research find that 「KPI Set Up」、「Clear Assessment Standard」and「Performance Review & Feedback」have high relationship with Effect of Performance Management System.
