碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 人力資源管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 97 === I invited HR managers and Line managers in different 84 companies to fill out the questionnaires. In this research, 「Effect of Performance Management System」is dependent variable and 「KPI Set Up」、「Clear Assessment Standard」、「Performance Review & Feedback」 and 「Performance Result is Bound with the Award & Reward System」are independent variables to analyzed the relationship about every independent variable and 「Effect of Performance Management System」. But「Organize Culture」、「Organizes Scale」 and 「Competitive Strategy」are controlled variables. The result of the research find that 「KPI Set Up」、「Clear Assessment Standard」and「Performance Review & Feedback」have high relationship with Effect of Performance Management System.
