Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班科技管理組 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of the notional innovation policy with solar industry of Taiwan. The study also explored the most important factors by literature review, and based on Rothwell & Zegveld’s notional innovation framework to find the assessment model of national innovation policy of Taiwan’s solar energy industry. The process of research collected the secondary data literature and analyzing them, then measured and analyzed the outcome through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research concluded the policy of environmental side and demand side affected the solar energy industry deeply. And it points out that the considerable factors of “political strategic policies”, “subsidized policies” and “tax preference and investment incentive policies” were the most important factors to national innovation policy of Taiwan’s solar industry. Furthermore, the research according to the outcome obtained from this national innovation policy assessment model subjects the suggestions to solar industry innovational policy.
