Moreover, there is an limitation to shorten the cycle time, so the most important is to shorten the new product pilot run period. Critical Chain Project Management applies Theory of Constraints could achieve the remarkable result in the control special case time interval. The purpose of the research focuses on the SMT assembly's new produces “pilot run” flow. Furthermore, it defines the new product development type and the duty of the related development in the new project. The Critic Chain Project Management development was used to manage the new product development flow, through the setting-up of the management system, it allows each department to fully utilize all resources, and increase the overall development benefits.
