This research adopted questionnaire survey, 145 schools were selected from the female principals in Taiwan by stratified sampling. Then, 1205 teachers were randomly selected for questionnaire investigation. Consequently, 854 valid questionnaires were sent back with an availability ratio of 70.87%. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 and the statistical methods included descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Product-moment correlation of K.Pearson. Therefore, by using these statistical methods, some research results were obtained. Finally, based on these conclusions, they will be expected to provide the referable suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, female principals of junior high schools and future researchers. The conclusions were summarized as follows: 1.The degree of female principals’ conflict management strategies acquired by junior high school teachers were at upper middle levels. 2.The degree of school effectiveness acquired by junior high school teachers were at upper middle levels. 3.The teachers’ perceptions of female principals’ conflict strategies varied with the variables of gender, educational degree, years of service, present job, years of a principal’s service and school size. 4.The teachers’ perceptions of school effectiveness varied with the variables of gender, age, years of service, present job, years of a principal’s service and school size. 5.A positive correlation was found between Female principals’ conflict management strategies and school effectiveness.
