The study made use of a self-compiled questionnaire survey named “The questionnaire of the Satisfaction of One Outline, Multiple Textbook Edition Policy in educational stakeholders in Central Taiwan.” This questionnaire was aimed to the teachers and parents in 100 public junior- and- elementary schools in Central Taiwan. Based on the 790 effective questionnaires returned, 6 teachers and 6 parents were selected for further interviews. The data of questionnaire had been preceded for statistical analysis with descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA correlation and reliability. The main conclusions list as following: 1. The degree of the Satisfaction of One Outline, Multiple Textbook Edition Policy in educational stakeholders in Central Taiwan was at middle levels. 2. The teachers in the junior- and- elementary schools in Central Taiwan showed significant difference, because of ages, education background, and scale of the school. 3. The parents in Central Taiwan showed great difference due to ages, education background, city, and occupation. 4. The educational stakeholders in Central Taiwan showed significant difference, because of social identity. Based on the study, some suggestions were proposed for reference of educational administration authorities, educational stakeholders, and for the future advance studies.
