Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 應用化學系 === 97 === The definition of microfluidic chip is fluid sample preparation, processing, separation, and detection on a miniaturization device. It has been taken gradually in the recent years to increase the reaction rate, sensitivity and high reproducibility. We used the cross-shaped microfluidic chip made by poly(dimethylsiloxane) to studies the functional nanoparticle in microfluidic channel.
By using microfluidic chip electrophoresis, we could control the direction of analyte migration with the switch of voltage to achieve the separation process.
By controlling voltage and time, we reach the maximum separation efficiency. To achieve rapid detection, we chose 0.2 M pH8 phosphate buffer solution, and completed it in five min. The most efficiency parameters of separation method in injection channel were at 90 V for 75 sec and in separation channel were at 130 V for 150 sec. With this high efficiency of separation, this method can be applied to the study of antigen-antibody.
