Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 成人與繼續教育研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to investigate Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ consciousness and application in learning organization. There are four research questions.1. To analyze Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of consciousness and application in learning organization. 2. To investigate variables of Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ consciousness in learning organization. 3. To investigate variables of Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ application in learning organization. 4. To use the result of the study as a reference for Tainan County public elementary school promoting learning organization.
The main instrument used in this course is a questionnaire. Questionnaire was given out to teachers in Tainan County public elementary school.Eight hundred and fifteen questionnaires were sent out, in which 587 of them were valid. The retrieving rate is 72.0%. The data obtained from the survey was processed with statistical methods such as mean, sigma, frequency distribution, percentage, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method.
The results of the study are as following.
1. Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of consciousness in learning organization is generally high. Of all those consciousnesses, team learning and knowledge management are especially high.
2. Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of application in learning organization is generally high. Of all those applications, knowledge management is especially high.
3. Teachers’ level of consciousness varies from sex, age, length of service, size of the school and school history.
4. Teachers’ level of application varies from sex, age, Positions, length of service, size of the school and school history.
5. Teachers’ consciousness toward learning organization is highly correlated with teachers’ application..
