Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 土木工程學系 === 97 === In these years, due to the damages of globe environment, climate change is becoming violently. Taiwan locates on the west side of the Pacific Ocean, surrounding by seas; therefore, it always carries abundant rains, during the time typhoon period (June to November), and cause flood in the defective-drainage and low-lying areas. People’s properties are being threatened.
Accordingly, this thesis is focused on the drainage of tong-an-cuo in Taichung area, plus doing flooding experiments and imitations with HEC-RAS, FLD-2D and SOBEK. After comparing with the results, the most proper model will be employed to analyze the inundation potentials and propose a suggestion and conclusion. Expecting these results might be considered as a reference material of the future researches.
The research discovers that drainage sections are lack in the lower reaches area. Also, terrains are too low, which lead to delay of draining. At the same time tonan13(1k+244)~ tonan33 (3k+172) are too small to carry on the draining works. Thus, to coordinate with the design of High- Speed-Road Taichung station, the canals in the lower reaches will be adjusted and change to culverts. Besides, low-lying lands will be filled, and tonan13(1k+244)~tonan33(3k+172) will be reconstructed base on the protect rules, in order to improve the situation of flooding.
