Besides, implementation of innovative strategies must be through the knowledge management activities, so that the organization can acquire, create and integrate the knowledge resources systematicaliy, and used in product or service process for continuous innovation and product value to customers. This study is to analyze the influence on innovation performance from technology innovation strategies and knowledge management, and the the moderating effect of organization slack resources and knowledge attribute through literature review and questionnaire survey methods. This study is objected primarily to the manufacturing companies of top 5000 ranking by China Credit Information Service Ltd. and bases on the returned surveys which were 273 out of 600 where the returns-ratio was 45.5%. Use the statistic software to explore the analysis, verify the influences of variables. The results show that technology innovation strategies have a significant positive effect on product innovation performance, process innovation performance and R&D innovation performance. And Pioneer and follower strategy have a significant positive effect on knowledge creation. Furthermore, Knowledge management has a significant positive effect on product innovation performance, process innovation performance and R&D innovation performance. Technology innovation strategies through mediate effect of knowledge management have a positive effect on the innovation performance. And the effects of organization slack resources and unabsorbed slack resources are significant to moderate the relationship between technology innovation strategies and knowledge management.
