碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 97 === With the spread of globalization, consumer awareness is high, as well as the emergence of the concept of environmental protection, enterprises have to face the environmental groups in addition to the protest of the restrictions and regulations, international trade sanctions and environmental conventions have also indirectly become the source of pressure on the operation of enterprise. In 2008, the global financial tsunami, not only the closure of a number of heavyweight financial institutions, enterprises more blow for the expenditure to lay off workers, unemployed workers strive for the right to work for the roar of anger to the management, one slight touch and off it goes imminently between employers and employees have been in existence for a long time the explosive contradictions and conflicts, enterprises are facing for dilemma that the company to choose to survive or maintain their employees livelihood, a sense of trust between the two sides ,employers and employees, may be difficult to recover in a short period of time, how can we meet the society expectations and long-term viability of enterprises has become an important issue for enterprises without delay. United Nations< 21 century agenda> and Taiwan set< 21 century agenda - sustainable development strategic outlines in the Republic of China> stressed the importance of sustainable development enterprises, enterprises in pursuit of the ideals of sustainable development, the use of sustainability evaluation tools to assess the self-sustainable performance will be future trend; in the efforts of domestic enterprises for many years, now,in the circumstances, Taiwan play an important role at the international supply chain. At the same time, domestic enterprises must be doing a more in-depth understanding for the implications and the practice of international enterprise of sustainable development. Therefore, this study will be the way to collect case studies and literatures to explore two current members are listed on the benchmark DJSI, how to commit to corporate social responsibility, how to participate actively in to discuss the society responsibility of investment analysis, and by benchmarking corporate social investment model of study, it expects to build a set of strict construction, applicable to domestic enterprises, and the information to assess corporate social responsibility system, but also hope that, through sustainable use of performance appraisal tools, domestic enterprises started to attach importance to its sustainable performance.
