Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 97 === Recently, information technology is more mature and broadband infrastructure rapidly upgrade, a mount of data, information and knowledge transmit among users more easily. It causes e-learning systems are adapted in many domains. In e-learning systems, many of them adopt bulletin board as a communication channel among users. The online discussion environment is more convenience than traditional classroom communication which is limited at time and space. Generally speaking, instructors give learning content in a face to fact e-learning system, and less to get students’ feedback. Although several researches use bulletin board to improve the situation, the interaction content is not well organized. In recent years, Web 2.0 was rapidly development. Web 2.0 has the features of collaboration and knowledge sharing which match to our hypothesis.. Therefore, we aim to adapt Web2.0 into bulletin board and to evaluate system effect and find out its successful factors. Our research applies wiki and yahoo knowledge+ conception, and then establishes an interactive e-learning system which allows users to share, to discuss, to communicate and to collaborate among users. In order to know benefit, our research adapted widely valid Information System Success Model. By information quality, system quality and service quality dimensions to measure interactive communications, user satisfaction and loyalty intentions. Structural equation modeling is used to verify the proposed theoretical model and to find success factors. Our research finds that e-learning characteristics are important, information quality and service quality is likely to influence user sharing, discuss, communicate and collaborate among users.
