Unfortunely, high separation of technical dispatched workers in the production line caused high cost of recruitment and training, poor operation, the lack of manpower scheduling, and those situation would cause the delay of production. The worst case was those companies will lose the customers if they couldn’t deliver the goods on time. The purpose of this study is providing an effective solution for the problem of high turnover rate of dispatch workers. In this study, we find out some critical factors affecting the quitting decisions and devide them into four dimensions, "Compansation & Benefits", "Society factors", "Career Development", "Individual Adaptation". After interviewing with 8 experts, we collect and conduct data analysis by Analytic Hierarchy Process. The findings are as follows: 1. The order by weight is as the following: Career Development> Compansation & Benefits > Society Factors > Individual Adaptation. 2. The top five factors affecting quitting decisions are: Unexpected Salaries>Economic Factors>Poor Welfare>Family Factors> No Overtime Opportunities. 3.
