The study uses narrative analysis of Qualitative research, through depth interviews with students. To analyze from the subjective view of students’ telling, the researcher wants to construct the literature gradually through the process of analog, generalizing, analyzing, and synthesizing materials. Besides, the researcher wants to retell the story and interpret its meanings through studying the literature. The results shows: 1. Due to the following reasons: (1)an attempt on new learning opportunities, (2)looking for fun, (3)the practice of career ideas, (4)to find a sense of belonging, (5)learning skills (6)lack of interest in traditional disciplines, students chose to participate in Technical Art of Education Program. 2. “Performance Accomplishment” and “Significant others” are major sources of the career self-efficacy message of the SRATATS. 3. The SRATATS encounter some adjustment problems in vocational high school life, such as “prerequisite achievement isn’t as good as classmates”, “dissatisfaction with the major subject”, “competitive pressure between classmates”, and “thinking about the path-access of advancing a higher school”. 4. The career self-efficacy of the SRATATS promotes their own “career positive beliefs” and “career positive behaviors”. 5. “Domain-specific”, “Skill-specific”, and “General situation” are three various degree situations in the analogical change of the career self-efficacy of the SRATATS.
