This study is discussing about the influence model of information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity on the degree of process innovation. Also, the model has imbedded risk management as change variable and discussed about the degree of innovation to performance. This study has issued 250 questionnaires and with 200 of them effective. The empirical conclusion is supported by statistics methodology of factor analysis, regression analysis, anova analysis and logistic analysis. The result is presented as the following. First, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will influence innovation significantly. Second, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will influence financial performance and market performance greatly. Third, information system structure, organizational structure reform ability and organizational member creativity will develop degree of innovation and will be influence company performance positively.
