Compared with the operations of data-mining (DM) and neural networks (NN), which requires professionals to operate and design simulations and to search and set the optimal solution mode and results, the DSS packages many sophisticated statistical models for users to choose in order to automatically produce information and recommendations for strategies. Also, as the DSS is often developed based on the needs of individual users, if we can integrate or build a flexible real-time information system suitable for officers of different levels, we can save resource investment and information search time. This study proposes solutions for common problems and a recommended system model for the linking and design of databases for the DSS. Instant Information System is the focus point of the future development of information system, affects enterprises in the industries of finance and retailing needing instant support the most. Instant Information System can provide instant information for the use of decision making. Integrative information linkage can assist the decision making of tactic and strategy. This study expected to analyze the past records of information system different users used and construct an interface linkage of the integrative decision making support system based on it to satisfy different users’ needs of decision making and integrate users’ tasks of decision making to promote the efficiency and quality of decision making.
