Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工學院工程管理專班 === 97 === The main purpose of this study is to find the correlation and influence in between the Intention of Knowledge sharing and Trust(Emotional and Cognitive) by using Theory of Planning Behavior as the basis theory to understand if the Trust and the Intention of Knowledge Sharing will be influenced by human personality, Subject Noam and organizational Climate. Through 257 pcs available questionnaires, after analyzing data by SPSS and found the intention of Knowledge Sharing is obviously affected by Trust. In addition, Personality, Subject Noam and Organizational Climate will obviously affect the Intention of Knowledge Sharing as well.
