The governing equations include continuity, momentum, energy and particle momentum. Turbulent modeling k-epsilon model is applied to simulate turbulent flow behavior in the lab. The upwind method is used to discretize the convection terms of governing equations. The results show that when air supply is close to the door, it can prevent the pollution particles getting into the laboratory, but cannot effectively exhaust the pollution particles that have fulled in the laboratory. When air supply is in the central of the ceiling, it cannot prevent the pollution particles getting into the laboratory effectively, but can make them be removed in the corners by air exhausts. When air supply is far form the door is worst in the three cases. The effect of preventing and exhausting the pollution particles getting into the laboratory.
