The conventional method for personnel recruitment and training procedures are based on one-way construction, where the evaluation, including the ratings of works for jobs under various criteria, the important weights of criteria. When the students select an enterprise, the enterprise doesn’t take the acceptable degree, wills, opinions to the job and the relationship among interns into account. The former ones will cause the enterprises to fail the vacancy for internship, and the students who are willing to enter the enterprises are not recruited; the latest one will cause the treatment of friction, conflict and emotionless, which also can not ensure "A good relationship among the teamwork students in an enterprise." This study aims to develop an evaluation of enterprise-student matches by using fuzzy approach in two-way selection, and adds the relationship assessment among the students for two-way evaluation. Quantify the important weights of criteria and the linguistic judgment values, calculate the fuzzy evaluation distance by using vertex method, classify enterprise and student according to the distance, then perform the proposed mixed integer programming model to obtain the better enterprise-student matches and student-student combinations. To test the effectiveness of the proposed method, the conventional method is used to deal with the same issue and results of the comparison. Indeed, the match model for two-way selection obtain the more the number of matches, satisfaction grade of the enterprise-student matches and the relationship grade of the student -student combinations are also higher than the conventional method, it accomplishes “the higher average satisfaction grade and average relationship grade, and the more enterprise-student matches.” The study has the effectiveness of the real-world practical training issues.
