Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 97 === This paper examines the development of a height-weight measurement machine. It utilizes non-contact measurement methods and image identification techniques. We let a laser pointer and a Web-camera construct the optical axis in accordance with Executive Law to set up each level, so that the laser pen and network cameras have a flat lens focal point for implementation of fixed distance. To achieve this, the projection of the laser beam and imaging center are located at the same level in a straight line. Laser light is generated at the target point of the image by a laser beam. The distance between the highlight-point and the center of the image will vary by the distance of the photographer. We use an image recognition processing technique to quickly find the highlighted location in the image. Furthermore, we can obtain the height measurement by adjusting the calculation of the distance between the highlight-point and the center of the image by various parameters. Finally, the height-measurement data is pushed to a microcomputer via a serial communication interface thus completing the fast, simple, non-contact height-weight machine.
