Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 電機工程學系所 === 97 === In this thesis, we propose two new kinds of time-hopping (TH) ultra-wideband
(UWB) systems, called " Time-hopping M-ary PPM UWB with polarity
randomization system", and another system called "Multiple pulses time-hopping
M-ary PPM UWB with polarity randomization system". Based on the analytical
characteristic function (CF) technique, we also derive the probability distribution of
the multiple access interference (MAI) and the average probability of symbol
error.The simulation results of Time-hopping M-ary PPM UWB with polarity
randomization and Multiple pulses time-hopping M-ary PPM UWB with polarity
randomization systems are provided to verify the analytical frameworks in the
additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. We will shown that TH-MPPM
UWB with polarity randomization and MP-TH-MPPM UWB with polarity
randomization systems outperform the conventional one and without polarity
randomization UWB systems.
