In this study, gasification of wood-based materials including Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook., Pinus taiwanensis Hay., and Acacia confusa Merr., were conducted in a 30 kWth bubbling fluidized bed gasification system to investigate the effect of operating conditions on syngas products. The effect of steam injection was also discussed. The results show that the heating value of syngas decreases and the H2/CO ratio increases with increasing the gasification temperature. It can also be found that the yields of syngas, CO, H2 and CH4, decrease with increasing the ER respectively, but that of CO2 shows the contrary results. The variation of gas composition is not conspicuous, when the steam was injected into the gasifier. However, the heating value of the syngas and H2 content increase after injecting the steam. 吳耿東 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW |
