They are difficult to execute in the business operating. But they are also critical points essentially in the business. In the view of strategy to look for the creativity and standardization, they have the purposes of Difference and cost leader strategies. This study is used the case study approach to do the research in four types of the company, huge company, middle company, middle and small size company and small company. The study is to explore the dilemmas between the creativity and standardization and to understand that every type of company how they challenge the creativity and standardization.
