Creativity and Standardization are two kinds of different completely concepts. Creativity could be able to make the new ideas which never had existed before. Standardization could be able to follow the procedure which had assigned standard specification.
They are difficult to execute in the business operating. But they are also critical points essentially in the business. In the view of strategy to look for the creativity and standardization, they have the purposes of Difference and cost leader strategies. This study is used the case study approach to do the research in four types of the company, huge company, middle company, middle and small size company and small company. The study is to explore the dilemmas between the creativity and standardization and to understand that every type of company how they challenge the creativity and standardization. And then making the synergy is able to combine the creativity and standardization.
