Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 材料科學與工程學系所 === 97 === Electrodeposition is the synthesis method that can deposit good quality film at low temperature circumstances, and change the film characteristics by varying its deposition current density, electrolyte, electrolyte concentration and temperature.
In this study, electrodeposition of Zn/ZnO composite film on Indium-tin oxide (ITO) substrates was conducted in Zn (NO3)2•6H2O mixed solution. Characteristics of Zn/ZnO composite films, including surface morphology, crystal structures, compositions, and optical properties, were investigated by using TGA/DTA, XRD, SEM, and Photoluminescence.
The experimental results demonstrate that the applying electrodeposition method with appropriate current densities could synthesize metal Zn/ZnO composite film on ITO substrates at room temperature 25~30℃. The crystalline structural and the composition ratio of Zn/ZnO were influenced by the electrolyte concentration, applied current density and environmental temperature. After Zn/ZnO composite film specimens annealed at 500 ℃, more intensive UV photoluminescence can be observed, resulting from the more formation of ZnO.
