Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 企業管理學系所 === 97 === The main purpose of this study is to prove how does network structure of Center-Satellite Factory System in Taiwan influence the network knowledge flow and then have a further understanding of the relation between knowledge flow and performance. As competition becomes fierce nowadays, firm can acquire resources and knowledge through the Network to enhance firm’s Competitive Advantage and profit. Hence how does firm to build relationship with other firms and acquire the resources is very important. So, this study propose that the network centrality and network density are two factors to influence the network knowledge flow and go a step further to prove the relationship of network knowledge flow and performance. According to “Corporate Synergy Development Center”, we choose the listed firms as our research objects, then we delivery questionnaires to them through mail. After two months, we receive 85 effective questionnaires. Then, we proceed to analyze our data and to test research hypotheses by descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, and SEM. Empirical results reveal that both network centrality and network density will positively influence knowledge flow; and knowledge flow will positively influence operating performance and relational performance. Finally, according to the empirical results, we specify the meanings of research hypotheses and the whole study. Then, we provide suggestions in practices, research restrictions and possible future research directions.
