Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業推廣暨經營學系所 === 97 === Current policy of reward innovation technology transfer has not received full support from most researchers. Therefore, the objectives of this study are,on the one hand, to survey the attitudes of researchers in agriculture research institutes in Taiwan regarding reward innovation technology transfer, and on the other hand, to determine factors affecting their willingness to participate in the policy. In this study, both in-depth interview and questionnaire survey were carried out, involving 612 crop related researchers from various agricultural implementation stations in Taiwan. Among 300 questionnaires sent out, 237 were returned with valid data. A return rate of 79% was attained. The study revealed that perceptions of technology transfer mechanism, obstacle encountered in technology development, incentive and policy were the main factors affecting agricultural researchers’ willingness to rewarding transfer technology. It was also confirmed that researchers with different attributes displayed different attitudes toward the policy of technology transfer with reward. This study also found that there are too few publications on the subject of transfer of innovative technology in agriculture. The policy maker should pay more attention to this issue.
