Previous research on quantification of cytoplasmic diffusion coefficient has isolated the binding effect as one of the factor in determination of apparent diffusion coefficient. This research further isolated steric hindrance from factor such a viscosity and binding .Contribution of retarder from diffusion obstacle such as cytoskeleton and organelles are calculated and quantified.
