Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系所 === 97 === The cost of the steel rebar is a major budget for constructional engineering. It has two ways to order rebar, one is fixed length rebar and the other is non-fixed length. However, it has an additional cost to pay to order fixed length rebar. In contest it has a lot of waste steel that cut the rebar on site for ordering non-fixing length rebar. Therefore to reduce the quantity of waste steel by using non fixed length rebar is a study topic in constructional engineering. The finishing date of constructional engineering is always delay because of the bad weather, materials supply delay, and the local custom. In the case of catastrophic reconstruction engineering that all the tasks must be completed in the certain period. In that situation ,to order fixed length rebar is not suitable because it need more time to product. Instead the non fixed length rebar can be used and how to reduce the quantity of waste steel due to cut off on site is more important for the project management. The purpose of the research is to plan how to cut the rebar on site in order to reduce the waste steel and find the economical cutting combination method. Furthermore, in contrast with fixed length rebar to find how much of the cost difference between them. The drainage system, piling, foundation and pier of the viaduct of the Rende-Wenshan Road Construction Project Lot 3-1 & 3-2 are the examples in this reseach. And the result will helpful to cut down the cost for constructional engineering management.
