| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 國家政策與公共事務研究所 === 97 === This essay is to review that literatures, laws, regulations, and detection which about child and youth sexual transaction. There has following pourposes that further deepened our understanding: first, the characteristics of child and youth Sexual Transaction case; and second, the mode of detection which the Police used.
I used qualitative, in-depth interviews with 12 people. It is including ten police officers, and two social workers. First, the characteristics of child and youth sexual transaction cases are: from unwillingly to willingly; form female to include male; and variety of medium which from reality agency to virtual Internet.
Moreover, the following problems are must be considered and self-strutinized in the further: first, the Police’s ability to keep evidence; second, the attitude of police office when take down in writing; third, the pressure from child and youth’s guardian; fourth, the increase of complainant cases are reduced police officer’s efficiency; fifth, the mode of handle a case, insufficiency of evidence, and police officer’s memory incomplete; sixth, the inefficiency of receive information; seventh, the problem of rewards and punishments; eighth, the problem of registration information.
