It can transform a complicated shape into a three-dimensional model quickly without using cutting tools and molds. Since 1988 the first rapid prototyping machine came out, it can obviously reduce new product research and development cycle and improve the product quality and competitive power in the market. In this study, the main purpose is to research manufacture parameters of Liquid Rapid Prototyping machine, EDEN 330. This study uses Taguchi Method and Orthogonal Array table to set up a parameter experiment. The controllable factors contain intensity of ultraviolet light, manufacture axial, shaping position and time of soaking NaOH liquor. The dimension of experimental model is measured by CNC CMM.
