All the products that are imported to the European Union are not only to compile the EU regulations but also to provide ECO-profile. The purpose of ECO profile is to disclose self environmental information according to the life cycle stages (raw material, manufacturing, distribution, use, and dispose). Also, the designers should consider the products’ environmental factors during the design stage to reduce the products’ environment impacts. In order to satisfy this directive, many enterprises started to publish its products’ ECO-profile by using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The products’ environmental impacts in the different life cycle stages are examined. However, the LCA evaluation procedure consumes a huge cost, manpower and time. Moreover, the life cycle inventory survey form has not been standardized that causes the difficulty on the manufacturer coordination and increases the difficulty of the investigation. An enterprise LCA system is constructed. Also a case study – router is used in this research. 80% of the product weight is achieved. After collecting all the related data and confirming authenticity data, it will find the environment impact by using the Life Cycle Assessment. Furthermore, an electronic components’ environment impact database is built. By using the database system, it can simplify the complicated procedure and reduce the degree of difficulty. Also, the database could be extended to other similar electronic product. Hopefully, this research can accelerate the reaction on enterprise to European Union regulation and simplify depletion of time and any kind resources when doing examined procedure.
