碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 97 === Facing with the fast changing environment, high competitive market, and dynamic market demand, industries need to predict and fulfill the requirements of customers with more challenge and difficulty. Many enterprises start to reset the operation rules and concepts with the business process reengineering and complement with the function of the information system in order to improve the quality, efficiency, service, cost, and competitiveness. This research collects and analyzes information by case studying approach. After the detailed interview and analyzing, by understanding the real state and demand of this case company, this research uses IDEF (Integration DEFinition) to plan and propose the reference process model for the engineering department. The development of the monitoring system provides the method of constructing a system analysis and design in the reengineering processes. This research prevents operation mistakes from wrong information input and adjusts capacity by real time situation to meet the rapid change demand of customers. This research also enhance the participate personnel easier to communicate and can be a reference model for relevant industries to refer.
