The strategy of Japanese winery strongly emphasizes the improvement on quality and innovation of product, which sets up a full-grown pattern for the development in Taiwan winery industry. The study is to compare the difference of the operation and business strategy between Japanese and Taiwanese winery. It is assumed that there is a strong causation between the situational satisfaction of tourists and business strategy of the winery, not matter which locates in Japan or in Taiwan.
