We receive 153 copies of staff questionnaires and 30 copies of director questionnaires during January to March, 2009. Finally we gains 6 kinds of results: (1) Male staffs are more concern with “development of enterprises” than females. (2) Staffs that between 21~30 years old are more concern with” professional ability of the work” and “work safety and information offering”; but between 31~40 years old are more concern with “development of enterprises”. (3) Staffs that degree of colleges is more concern with” professional ability of the work” and “works safety and information offering”. (4) Staffs that average income of each month in NT$ 30,001~40,000 are more concern with “development of enterprises”. (5) Staffs that seniority more than 1 year to 2 years is more concern with “development of enterprises”. (6) Staffs that working in housekeeping department is more concern with” professional ability of the work”, “work safety and information offering”, “improvement of the personal ability to work” and “development of enterprises”.
