However, the implementation of ERP always accompanies high risk due to the huge of investments may not achieve the expected benefits. Base on the literature review, it found one of the key success factors to ERP implementation is the fitness degree of ERP system and organizational process. In other words, the ERP implementation will result in failure because of low degree of integration. The previous researches argued the ERP performance by the knowledge perspective, but ignored the barriers of knowledge during the track of organizational processes constructed. This research proposes a mechanism to solve this problem by process knowledge transform and system knowledge transfer. It well performed in increase ERP system fitness degree of ERP system configuration. Besides, this research attempt to build a theoretical model by the management factors from the literature review to identify the important management factors into ERP system configuration. This research verified through questionnaire form ERP implementation projects in Taiwan and analyzed by PLS. Form valid 170 samples, it found that process knowledge transform and system knowledge transfer had a significant influence in the integration degree of ERP system and organizational process operation. To the factors of management, the knowledge ambiguity, the absorptive capacity of the critical team and the team collaborate had a significant influence on process knowledge transform. Besides, the ERP consultants’ ability in conversation and the interaction of consultants and project team relationship had a significant influence on system knowledge transfer.
